Powder Spray Booths Technical Specifications
Powder spray booth construction: Our powder booths utilize bolt-together construction via pre-punched holes which assures ruggedness and airtightness on assembly. Our powder coat booths use a 5” center-to-center hole pattern for extra snug panel fitment—the best in the industry -- and come with hardened fasteners such as premium 5/16” flange nuts and flange head bolts.
Powder spray booth panels: Our full-size booths utilize panels 10” to 30” wide, dramatically increasing stability over wider panel construction. Our full-size booths use narrower panels to assure ease of assembly, reduced likelihood of panel damage during handling, and long-term booth endurance.
Our powder spray booth are built using 18 gauge or thicker prime U. S. G-90 galvanized steel.
The interior ceiling height of our powder coat booths are the same height at any point within our booths, giving you much more room to work compared to a "hip-style" roof construction. Our square roof powder coat booths provide more interior volume for your powder coating projects.
Powder spray booth airflow: Our powder specific airflow provides more CFM, and is designed specifically to contain particulate matter instead of paint overspray. Rather than strap extra filters onto a wet paint booth and pull heavy airborne material upwards into filters mounted well off the floor, we extract air near the floor of our powder spray booths. By exerting force on the particles as they fall, our equipment effectively contains overspray without excessively clogging the filters.
Powder spray booth exhausts: Because our powder spray booths use larger and more rigid fans, you'll notice a substantial decrease in noise at your shop. We often reduce the fan RPM rate using an optimized drive ratio or a variable frequency drive (VFD) device—the airflow remains appropriate and the noise level is significantly lower.
