Paint Spray Wall
Paint spray walls are used for overspray control in areas where space is limited. Unlike conventional paint booths, spray walls have no structural wall panels or ceiling panels that extend in front of the filter area, so they require very little floor space to install. During operation, paint overspray is drawn into the filtration and the filtered air is exhausted to the outside atmosphere.
Our paint spray walls feature sturdy 18 gauge steel construction with easy to access filters. VFD airflow adjustment, low noise fan systems, and mated duct kits are available on most models. Boothsandovens.com's paint spray walls feature explosion-proof motors and spark-resistant fans. These are required to meet applicable codes when using this type of device for painting. Many sizes are available, call for custom features or sizes!
All spray walls are constructed of U.S. prime G-90 galvanized steel and bolt together on 6” centers. The CNC-formed panels have 2” flanges. Hardware, assembly drawings and sealant are included.

- Exhaust Filters: Uses 24” bulk roll media or 24” x 20” filters.
- Manometer: Identifies when filters are clogged. Package includes 1 manometer.
- Misc. Items: Includes assembly drawings, fasteners and sealant.
