Exhaust Walls
Exhaust walls are used to control dust, fumes and airborne particulate matter in areas where space is limited. Unlike conventional prep stations or paint booths, exhaust walls have no structural wall panels or ceiling panels that extend in front of the filter area, so they require very little floor space to install. During operation, dust or fumes are drawn into the filtration and the filtered air is exhausted to the outside atmosphere. These walls are popular for woodworking applications, as well as for exhausting sanding dust, airborne debris or welding fumes in production environments.
Our exhaust walls feature sturdy 18 gauge steel construction with easy to access filters. VFD airflow adjustment, low noise fan systems, and mated duct kits are available on most models. Boothsandovens.com's exhaust walls feature premium motors and brand-name tubeaxial fans. Our exhaust walls must be upgraded with explosion-proof motors if they are going to be used for wet paint overspray control. This is required to meet applicable codes when using this type of device for painting. Many sizes are available, call for custom features or sizes!
All spray walls are constructed of U.S. prime G-90 galvanized steel and bolt together on 6” centers. The CNC-formed panels have 2” flanges. Hardware, assembly drawings and sealant are included.
